This simple web-based system requires minimal effort and is normally accomplished by the prep (cleanup) person taking pictures of the acquired vehicle with a digital camera. The pictures and the vehicle specs (i2 form) are loaded into any internet connected PC. The i² system automatically and immediately updates the dealer, manufacture and 3rd party web sites and generates a Carfax/Autocheck report, links reviews and prints out a window/buyers guide sticker (window sticker). Upon selling a vehicle, the closing party (accounting/used car manager etc.) just enters the stock number into i² system and the car is immediately removed from all inventories. The vehicle is marked SOLD for 7 days on your customers display. Vehicle are kept in the management system for 30 days to be reverted back to inventory if needed.
